To pay a bill on line click on Create a Billing an account.

Please note that you must register separately for the Chart  Access (Secure patient portal) and Pay Bills Online. 

My Chart Access allows the patient to perform the following on line in a secure environment.

• View information that resides in your Electronic Medical Record
• Ask a nurse (non-urgent questions)
• Complete your patient history and other forms on line prior to your visit
• Request refill prescriptions
• Submit an appointment request
• Submit a non-urgent question to your provider

Pay My Bill Online allows the patient to use MasterCard, Visa or American Express to pay outstanding balances.
